Apprehending his arrest, the petitioner filed A.B.P. No.415 of 2013 in the court of the 1st Additional Sessions Judge, Araria. The same was dismissed on 2.8.2013. Hence, this application.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.
