Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 504 and 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

For land dispute, the petitioner, allegedly, caused injury at the head of the informant with bat. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the petitioner is in custody since 25.04.2017. He has got no criminal antecedent and there is no allegation of repletion of blow.

Considering the aforesaid fact, especially, the fact that charge-sheet has already been submitted in this case and there is no material to substantiate that the petitioner is going to

No.28231 of 2017 (2) dt.03-07-2017 2/2 tamper with the evidence, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai/successor Court in connection with Begusarai Muffasil Police Station Case No. 384 of 2016, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
