2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in Town (Gangour) P. S. Case No. 124 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 399, 402 of the Indian Penal Code, Section 25(1B)a, 26, 35 of Arms Act, Sections 3/4 of the Explosive Substances Act and Sections 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 40 of the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act.

3. As per prosecution case, on a secret information, a raid was conducted and arms and ammunition were recovered from the house of co-accused Sanoj Yadav. This petitioner is alleged to have flew away from the place of occurrence. The F.I.R. was lodged in the year 2017 and petitioner has moved before this Court for grant of anticipatory bail in the year 2026, without any plausible explanation for the delay. Furthermore,
