JUSTICE ADITYA KUMAR TRIVEDI ORAL ORDER 01-04-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. An occurrence had taken place on 05.01.2016 wherein, as per injury report, Annexure-2 as well as Annexure-4 both the parties have sustained injuries, though simple in nature for which, two different versions have been advanced as a result of which, two independent cases have been registered, the present one Amnoure P.S. Case No. 03 of 2016 as well as Amnoure P.S. Case No. 05 of 2016. Petitioner has been alleged to have assaulted the informant, Manoj Singh with Dab, a sharp cutting weapon. Accordingly, petitioner is directed to surrender before the learned lower Court with a prayer of bail, which the learned lower Court will consider, in the background of the finding so recorded, more particularly relating to the injuries.
