JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 27-03-2019 The petitioner was granted bail vide order dated 20.04.2018, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 23863 of 2018 subject to the confirmation of the statement made by the petitioner that he has no criminal antecedents.

The aforesaid order could not be made effective as it was found that the petitioner was accused in two other cases about which no reference had been made in the bail petition.

The petitioner has now renewed his prayer for bail on the ground that he is in custody since 30.09.2017 in a case which has been instituted for the offence under Sections 379, 461, 411 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the aforesaid facts, the petitioner, above-named, is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000 /- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Supaul in connection with Supaul P.
