Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise (Amendment) Act, 2016.

From the shop of this petitioner, five litres of country made liquor was, allegedly, recovered. The petitioner is in custody since 10.03.2017 and has stated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent.
