JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL ORDER 17-05-2016 The petitioner was posted as Office Assistant in Madhya Bihar Gramin Bank, Branch Badasraji, Police Station Kauakol, district Nawada. He has been put undet suspension for committing some irregularities in maintaining the accounts. The petitioner by filing IA No. 2918 of 2016 submits that he is not being paid even subsistence allowance for which he has also filed a representation before the respondents. He further submits that no proceeding is pending against him. Counter affidavit has been filed by the bank justifying the impugned action.

The writ petition is disposed of with direction that if the
