2. The petitioner is in custody since 04.02.2017 in connection with Paraiya P.S. Case No. 10 of 2017 for the offences alleged under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated and the accusation of firing by the accused persons including the petitioner is general and omnibus in nature.

4. A perusal of the post mortem report recorded in the case diary discloses that death was caused owing to firearm injury added with other injuries on head.

5. Having regard to the nature of accusations and gravity of the offence alleged, this Court is not inclined to grant the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.30465 of 2017 (3) dt.10-08-2017 privilege of bail to the petitioner. The bail petition stands dismissed.
