2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Jamobazar P.S. Case No. 10 of 2020, lodged under Sections 304B, 328, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the bail application of the petitioner was earlier rejected vide order dated 23.11.2022 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 37880 of 2022. He further submits that the petitioner is the father-inlaw of the deceased and his son has not surrendered up to 23.11.2022, but now he has surrendered in this case on 07.12.2022. Moreover, the charge has already been framed in this case. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that the petitioner is father-in-law of the deceased and is aged about

4. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail, but admits that the husband of the deceased is in custody.

In the present facts and circumstances of this case and the submissions made above, let the petitioner above named, be granted bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Thirty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-Siwan in connection with Jamo Bazar P.S. Case No. 10 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 437(3) of Cr.P.C.
