The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Didarganj P.S. Case No. 129 of 2016 for the offences punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation is regarding the informant having collected money from the two collection centers, whereafter he was returning to his village, however, on the way two miscreants had intercepted him and snatched his bag containing a sum of Rs. 15,000/- approximately and other articles. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case and, in fact, no recovery has been made from conscious possession of the petitioner. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be enlarged on regular bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-V, Patna City, Patna in connection with Didarganj P.S. Case No. 129 of 2016.
