Petitioner has filed the present application for grant of pre-arrest bail in connection with Ghanshyampur P.S. Case No. 223 of 2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363 and 365 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Considering the allegation against the petitioner that he forcibly took the minor daughter of the informant and the statement of the victim recorded under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, wherein she has stated that the petitioner and two others forcibly took her away on motorcycle and, thereafter, the petitioner ravished her in an orchard on the point of knife, I am not inclined to grant pre-arrest bail.
