The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Raghunathpur P.S. Case No.179 of 2020 instituted for the offences under Sections 363, 366(A) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is a case, where the petitioner seeks indulgence of anticipatory bail, wherein the F.I.R. has been lodged under Sections 363 and 366(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code and the girl is found missing for the last 18 days and the complainant has doubt with regard to her being kidnapped by the petitioner. The name of the petitioner has been mentioned in the F.I.R. The girl is yet to be recovered.

Keeping in view, I am not inclined to grant

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.23956 of 2021(2) dt.05-01-2022 2/2 anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

The same is accordingly, dismissed.
