====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 19-12-2022 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "1.(I) For monitoring of implementation of Anganwari Services in the State of Bihar.

II. For handing over the public Grievances made against the Anganwari Services in the State of Bihar to the petitioner for taking appropriate action for redressal of the public grievances.

For directing the respondents to hand over the right for inquiry in committed irregularity in Anganwari Services in the State of Bihar to the Central Investigating Bureau, India and its report in seal envelope be submitted before the Hon,ble court, if the petitioner is not directed." After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law. Liberty so sought is granted.
