====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SATYAVRAT VERMA ORAL ORDER 29-03-2023 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 325, 307, 302, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. This is the second attempt of the petitioner to seek bail as earlier by order dated 07.03.2022 in Cr. Misc. No. 39114 of 2021, the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that when the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by order dated 07.03.2022, a direction was given to the learned trial court to conclude the trial expeditiously preferably within a period of six months. Since all the prosecution witnesses have been examined and now the defence has to examine its witnesses, as such, the Court is not inclined to release the petitioner on bail in connection with Kuchaikote P.S. Case No. 508 of 2020 pending in the Court of learned Additional District Judge-V, Gopalganj/successor Court.

Hence, prayer for bail is rejected.
