Patna High Court MJC No.1143 of 1992 (13) dt.15-03-2016 2/2 15-03-2016 The present contempt petition is directed against an interim order passed by this Court on 1st of July, 1992 restraining the respondents to pass any order in pursuance of the impugned order.
As per the office, the main writ petition stand decided on 24th of May, 1996, therefore, the interim order has come to an end by the decision in the main writ petition. There is none to prosecute the present contempt petition. The same is dismissed.
