Petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Bihta P.S. Case No. 790 of 2020 registered for the offence punishable under sections 307, 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that petitioners have not committed any offence as alleged in the first informant report and they have been falsely implicated in this case due to previous enmity and village politics. Morevoer, the dispute between the parties have been resolved and the parties do not want to proceed in

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, 1st, Danapur in connection with Bihta P.S. Case No. 790 of 2020 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
