Shri Parmeshwar Mehta, learned counsel for the opposite party no. 2 is present. Prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected vide order dated 05.02.2014 in Cr. Misc. No. 23549 of 2013. Thereafter, the petitioner moved to the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Special Leave to Appeal 6459 of 2014 and the same was dismissed as withdrawn. Again the petitioner has filed this anticipatory bail petition before this Court. Considering the facts aforesaid, I do not find any merit to review the order dated 05.02.2014. Accordingly, this petition is rejected.
