The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sasaram (T) P.S. Case No 1356 of 2016 under Sections 313 and 376 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that petitioner has established sexual relationship with the informant since last seven years on the pretext of marriage and thereafter she gave information about her pregnancy to the petitioner then he assaulted her and forced her to terminate the same.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that victim is major one and her age is about 23 years.

Considering the facts that victim is major one and the

No.28154 of 2017 (2) dt.03-07-2017 2/2 nature of allegation made against the petitioner, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Rohtas at Sasaram in connection with Sasaram (T) P.S. Case No. 1356 of 2016.
