JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 05-02-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioners and the State. The petitioners are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 366A of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is of kidnapping the minor sister of the informant.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that in 164 Cr. P.C., statement the victim got her age recorded as 24 years whereas the court assessed her age as 19 years where she stated that she was in love with one Sukhnandan with whom she has already married. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
