2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 467, 468, 471, 420, 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. It is alleged that these petitioners fraudulently got 6 1⁄2 decimal of land of informant mutated in their favour and on being objected by the informant, they threatened her to kill.
4. It is submitted on behalf of petitioners that the dispute is purely of a civil nature, however colour of criminal offence has been given only with a view to humiliate and harass these petitioners. There is land dispute between the parties. Proceedings under Section 144 Cr.P.C. and 107 Cr.P.C. are pending between the parties. Petitioners claim clean antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate - I, Naugachia, Bhagalpur in connection with Bihpur (Bhawanipur) P.S. Case No. 510 of 2023, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) anay/- U T
