This application has been filed for recalling the order dated 26.9.1991 passed in Civil Revision No. 357 of 1987 by which the civil revision application was dismissed as the same has become incompetent in view of having been dismissed as against opposite party nos. 8 to 16 for compliance of order dated 12.9.1989.

However, it appears subsequently that vide order dated 1.9.1993 passed in M.J.C. No. 1243/1992 the civil revision was restored then the issue arose as to whether the application stands dismissed or not in view of the earlier order. Thereafter, the matter was heard on merit and the civil revision itself was allowed vide order dated 26.6.1996.
