The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 420 of the Indian Penal Code and 3/7 of the Essential Commodities Act. It is alleged that from a Pickup Van 34 bags of rice and jute were recovered having seal of S.F.C. When it was learnt that said bags were loaded from the shop of Indradeo Turi, P.D.S. dealer.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that stock of the P.D.S. shop of the petitioner was not verified and the seized grains were claimed by one Laxman Sah who has already been granted bail vide A.B.P. No. 882 of 2014. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a

No.4292 of 2015 (2) dt.02-02-2015 period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Jamui in connection with Jhajha P.S. Case No. 118 of 2014, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Indian Penal Code.
