2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 109 of the B.N.S. and section 3/4 of the Explosive Substance Act.

3. As per prosecution case, on the basis of secret information about an explosion, informant along with other police personal reached Tilha Dharmsala and found that some scrap pickers have brought the said object which exploded causing injury to the petitioner.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is victim of circumstances. He further submits that petitioner runs a Kabari shop under valid trade license since 07.07.2020, which has been renewed till 31.03.2025. A sudden explosion took place in the Kabadi Shop of the petitioner. As a

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.15035 of 2025(2) dt.07-04-2025 2/2 matter of fact, some miscreants have brought the said object which got exploded in which petitioner himself sustained injuries. There was no negligence on the part of petitioner. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail of petitioner.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances and petitioner claims clean antecedent, the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner is allowed.

7. Accordingly, let the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest /surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-V, Gaya in connection with Civil Lines P.S. Case No. 605 of 2024, subject to condition as laid down under Section 482 (2) of the B.N.S. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) Ranjeet/- U T
