JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI ORAL ORDER 22-09-2016 The Director, Social Security, Government of Bihar, is directed to take a decision on the grievance of the petitioner, contained in Annexure 5, dated 21.2.2013.

The Court is surprised and shocked that in the last three years Director has no opportunity to redress the grievance of the petitioner nor has he bothered to file a counter affidavit indicating their stand.
