Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Kargahar Police Station Case No. 123 pf 2003 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 413, 414 of the Indian Penal Code and 25(1-b) a, 26,35 of the Arms Act.

Taking note of this fact that petitioner is named in the first information report in a case, which was registered in the year 2003 and petitioner carries criminal antecedent, I am not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner and accordingly, his prayer for bail in connection with Kargahar Police Station Case No. 123 pf 2003, pending in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sasaram, Rohtas stands rejected.
