====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE DR. ANSHUMAN ORAL ORDER 06-07-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Vaishali P.S. Case No. 196 of 2017 lodged under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code read with Section 27 of Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. but his name has figured in this case by virtue of confessional statement of co-accused namely, Md. Anzar. It has been submitted that Md. Anzar has disclosed different names before the police during investigation. Md. Anzar has been granted bail by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 05.04.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 13980 of 2018 and other co-accused persons namely, Sanjay

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.14629 of 2022(2) dt.06-07-2022 2/2 Rai, Rahul Ray and Md. Babar have also been granted bail by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court. He further submits that petitioner is in custody since 24.03.201 and charge sheet has already been filed in this case.

Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail. Considering the entire facts and circumstances of the aforesaid case, let the petitioner above named, be granted bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Vaishali P.S. Case No. 196 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 437(3) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
