ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL ORDER 30-01-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in Lakshmipur P.S. case No.128 of 2012 registered under Sections 302 and 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code, pending before the court of S.D.J.M., Jamui.

Considering that the Petitioner fled away from the Hospital premises, I am not inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected with a direction to the Petitioner to surrender before the court below and make a prayer for regular bail.
