2. Earlier the petitioner has filed bail petition which was rejected vide order dated 05.09.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 57628 of 2023 and without assigning any new ground, the petitioner has again filed the present bail application for renewing his prayer for regular bail in connection with Chhatauni P.S. Case No. 244 of 2023.

3. It appears from the bail application that no new fresh ground is mentioned in the bail application.
