1. Heard learned senior counsel for the petitioner Mr. N.K. Agrawal and the learned APP for the State.

2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with S.T. No.478/2025 (Amadabad P.S. Case No.241/2024), registered for the offences punishable under Sections 189(2), 126(2), 115(2), 118(1), 117(2), 109, 303(2), 352, 351(2), 352 and 3(5) of the B.N.S.

3. The learned APP at the outset submits that petitioner had earlier moved this court seeking regular bail by filing Cr. Misc. No.28745 of 2025 and the same came to be rejected by an order dated 06.08.2025 on the ground that petitioner assaulted the son of the informant, leading to his death, as such, it was on account of assault made by the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.13861 of 2026(2) dt.05-05-2026 2/2 petitioner, the son of the informant died.

4. The learned senior counsel for the petitioner does not dispute the said submission.

5. After hearing the learned counsel for the parties, the Court is not inclined to release the petitioner on bail.

6. The regular bail application of the petitioner stands rejected.
