2. Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to supply the name of the village of the petitioner.

3. The petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act.

4. As per the prosecution case, one country made loaded pistol has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. Petitioner is in jail since 28.05.2023. He further submits that petitioner has been granted bail in the main case.

6. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

7. Considering the period of custody, this application for regular bail is allowed.

8. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Saharsa/concerned Court below in connection with Sourbazar(patarghat-O.P.) P.S. Case No. 284 of 2023 subject to condition that:- 8(i). The petitioner will mark his attendance at the Sourbajar Police Station, Saharsa on first, second, third and fourth Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner.

9. This application stands allowed.
