ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 07-05-2015 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioners and the State. The Petitioners seek revision of the Judgment of conviction and sentence dated 24.7.2008 passed by the Assistant Sessions Judge, Rohtas at Sasaram, in Sessions sTrial No. 436 of 1994 arising out of Akhorhigola P.S. Case No. 90 of 1994 by which he has convicted the Petitioner for the offences under Sections 147, 323, 324, 149 and 148 of the Indian Penal Code and sentenced them to maximum period of two years.
It has been submitted on behalf of the Petitioners that the occurrence is of the year 1993 and the Petitioners have remained
Patna High Court CR. REV. No.180 of 2015 dt.07-05-2015 2/2 in custody for about four months. The dispute was basically on account of passage of land.
Having gone through the Judgments of the Court below, I do not find any reason for interference in the same. The application stands dismissed.
However, the sentence is modified to the period already undergone by the Petitioners (Anjana Prakash, J) S.Ali/- U T
