2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 366/34 of the Indian Penal Code registered in connection with Begusarai Town P.S. Case No. 702 of 2015.

3. It is submitted that the petitioners have been falsely implicated as evident from the statement of the socalled victim girl herself which has been recorded under Section 164 of the Cr. P.C., wherein she has stated that she had gone to Kolkata to meet one Rajiv Kumar and started residing there with him. She has categorically denied her kidnapping. Even on an earlier occasion her statement has

4. Having regard to the entirety of the facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of the petitioners' arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks from the date of communication of this order, let the above named petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Begusarai Town P.S. Case No. 702 of 2015 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C.
