Petitioner is in custody since 24.12.2014 in connection with Ujiyarpur P.S. Case No. 211 of 2013 registered under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. In fact, the petitioner has not been named in the F.I.R. and name of this petitioner surfaced during course of investigation. Charges in this case have been framed and the petitioner rotting in custody for more than two and half years.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand rupees only) with two sureties of the
