The petitioner, who is in custody since 16.12.2019, seeks bail in connection with Barauli P. S. Case No. 05 of 2019 dated 06.01.2019 instituted for the offences under Sections 467, 468, 471, 420 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

It appears that the petitioner had been appointed as a Teacher on the basis of certificate which ultimately was found to be forged and fabricated. The F.I.R. has been instituted by the Vigilance Department in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.16595 of 2020(2) dt.02-06-2020 2/2 compliance of the order passed by the High Court in C.W.J.C. No. 15459 of 2014. The certificate of BETET of 2011 furnished by the petitioner was found to be forged. It has been submitted that two out of three accused persons having similar allegation have been granted bail by this Court.

Regard being had to the nature of accusation and the period of custody, the petitioner, above-named, is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000 /- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sri Ravi Kant Mani Tripathy, learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Gopalganj in connection with Barauli P. S. Case No. 05 of 2019.
