The petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Ram Krishna Nagar P.S.Case No. 83 of 2018 registered under Sections 419 and 420 of the Indian penal Code and Section 10 of the Bihar Examination Control Act, 1981. Allegation in brief is that petitioner was appearing in place of the actual candidate in the examination conducted by the SSC.

Submission is that petitioner had not appeared but only at the very initial stage, he was apprehended and is in custody since 11.03.2018 and has no criminal antecedent. Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely , Manoj Kumar Bharti, is directed to be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.22466 of 2018(2) dt.18-04-2018 2/2 two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub Judge-XIII-cum-ACJM, Patna in connection with Ram Krishna Nagar P.S. Case No. 83 of 2018.
