2. The petitioners have prayed for regular bail in a case instituted for the offence under Sections 304(B) and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The allegation against the petitioners along with others is of killing the daughter of the informant due to nonfulfillment of dowry demand.

4. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case due to dirty village politics. They have committed no offence. He submitted that the petitioners are in-laws of the deceased. He

No.16982 of 2024(2) dt.14-03-2024 2/2 submitted that the petitioners have no concern with mess and business of the deceased as well as her husband and also they live separately from them. It is next submitted that after supervision police submitted final form against the petitioners showing that these petitioners are innocent, this fact has come in vide para-76 of the case diary. They are languishing in judicial custody since 26.10.2023.

5. The application for bail is opposed by learned APP for the State.

6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case as well as period of custody, this court is inclined to enlarge the petitioners on bail. The above named petitioners are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. ten thousand only) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.-I, Madhepura in connection with Shankarpur P.S. Case No. 180 of 2023.
