Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-b)a/26 of the Arms Act and Sections 3, 4, 5 of the Explosive Act.

A country made pistol was recovered from possession of the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 21.03.2017. Petitioner has stated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent.

Considering the entire facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on framing of the charge or on completion of two months of custody from today whichever is earlier on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.20226 of 2018 (2) dt.13-04-2018 2/2 satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Sessions Trial No. 211 of 2017 arising out of Sasaram Darigaon Police Station Case No. 351 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
