The petitioner has filed this Cr. Writ for proper and fair investigation relating to Samastipur Rail P.S. Case No. 133 of 2019 under sections 302, 201 and 34 of the I.P.C.
Patna High Court CR. WJC No.288 of 2020(2) dt.18-03-2023 2/2 Counsel for the petitioner submits that a general order has been passed in Surendra Singh Vs. State of Bihar & Ors. Vide order dated 09.09.2022 passed in Cr. W.J.C. No. 153 of 2017 and he may be permitted to file representation before Superintendent of Police in compliance of the said order. Permission granted.
With the aforesaid direction, this Cr. Writ petition is hereby disposed off.
