JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 29-01-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147,148,149,341,323,324,307,,504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.
The accusation against the petitioner is of assaulting the informant with Farsa.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that no injury was caused to the informant. Statement to that effect has been made in paragraph 12 of the petition. There is counter version of the occurrence in which the petitioner side has also received injury. Statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

No.3861 of 2015 (2) dt.29-01-2015 2/2 Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of twelve weeks from today on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Bhagalpur in connection with Jagdishpur P.S. Case No.204 of 2013 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
