Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered in connection with Makhdumpur P.S Case No. 421 of 2020 for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 307, 325, 354B, 379, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal

It is a case of assault to the informant against the accused person along with petitioners.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that there is general and omnibus allegation of assaulted with pebbles brick and tore her saree and blouse against the petitioners. It is apparent that one injury on the body which is kept reserved except this no other injury was appeared from the injury report as annexed by Annexure-3. There is case and counter case between the parties and both the parties have sustained injuries. In the facts and circumstance of the case, let the petitioners , above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court Below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad in connection with Makhumpur P.S Case No. 421 of 2020 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C (Sunil Kumar Panwar, J) N.K/- U T
