By order dated 25.05.2022, case diary along with the injury report were called for and petitioners were granted provisional anticipatory bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court.

Perused the case diary and injury report. The injury sustained by the informant, Lalkun Yadav is grievous in nature and petitioner No.1, Sikandra Yadav @ Sikendra Yadav is said to have assaulted the informant, Lalkun Yadav. Taking into consideration the fact that Petitioner No.1, Sikandra Yadav @ Sikendra Yadav is said to have assaulted the informant and the injury sustained by the informant is opined to

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.24659 of 2021(4) dt.08-08-2022 2/2 be grievous in nature, I am not inclined to enlarge petitioner no.1, Sikandra Yadav @ Sikendra Yadav on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of petitioner no.1, Sikandra Yadav @ Sikendra Yadav is rejected.

So far as petitioner no.2, Bhupendra Yadav is concerned, there is general and omnibus allegation against him. In view of the fact aforesaid, the provisional anticipatory bail granted to petitioner no.2, Bhupendra Yadav by order dated 25.05.2022 is hereby confirmed.
