JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 26-05-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the State. This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Madanpur P.S. Case No.284 of 2020 registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) (c) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise (Amendment) Act, 2018.

The petitioner is in custody since 01.02.2022. Considering the fact that there is no recovery from the petitioner and also considering the period of custody, this regular bail application is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judge, Excise, 1st, Aurangabad, in connection with Madanpur P.S. Case No. 284 of 2020.
