Writ application is required to be dismissed for the sole reason that the petitioner in no manner can be said to be a Government servant or having hired by the State in any capacity. Service is being rendered through an NGO for the object of providing mid-day meal, may be to a Government School. That does not make her akin to a Government servant.

2. Submission of the counsel for the petitioner is that principle of natural justice is required to be followed. It is a misplaced kind of submission because it is contract for service and not contract
