The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Bhaptiyahi P.S. Case No.5 of 2018, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406/409/420/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

On merit, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner was refused on 26.09.2018 in Cr. Misc. No.50874 of 2018 with direction to surrender within three weeks and pray for regular bail.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that for reconsideration of the prayer for anticipatory bail new material is that an old inquiry report submitted by the Assistant Engineer was not taken into consideration by this Court.
