2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Atri P.S. Case No. 29 of 2019, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 504, 353 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per allegation, the informant, was posted as Coordinator under Swachh Bharat Mission. While he was discharging duty in his office, the petitioner, who is said to be nephew of Prakhand Pramukh came there and started abusing and assaulting him and also threatened to kill him.
4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. As a matter of fact, he is a social worker and when he raised his voice against the irregularities committed by the informant, he has

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate-Ist Class, Gaya in connection with Atri P.S. Case No. 29 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. (Nawneet Kumar Pandey, J) Nirmal/- U T
