The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Maner P.S. Case No.395 of 2024 registered for the offence under sections 302 and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that the petitioner and one Sukhdev Rai took away the deceased and killed him. The informant is the wife of the deceased.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that no such occurrence, as alleged, has taken place and the Police has not found the murder weapon etc.

When the informant, who is the wife of the deceased, has seen her husband being forcibly taken away by

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.13301 of 2025(2) dt.07-03-2025 2/2 the petitioner and one Sukhdev Rai and subsequently the dead body of her husband was recovered, I am not inclined to grant the petitioner privilege of regular bail. Accordingly, this bail application is rejected.
