The petitioner has filed the present writ petition for a direction to the respondents for mutation of his name with respect to the lands in question, fully detailed in paragraph 1 of the writ petition.
In the present case, a counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of the respondent no.4, wherein it has been stated in paragraph 6 that the grievances of the petitioner have been redressed and the lands in question has been mutated in the name of the petitioner.
