JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 29-01-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406,420 and 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
It is alleged that the informant entered into an agreement with Roshan Kumar Jha, the son of the petitioner wherein the Gio vehicle of the informant was hired by Roshan Kumar Jha for monthly rental of Rs.5000/- but neither the rent was paid nor the vehicle was returned. Subsequently the petitioner being father of Roshan Kumar Jha hatched a conspiracy against the informant. Considering the thrust of accusation against Roshan Kumar Jha, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of twelve weeks from today
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.3839 of 2015 (2) dt.29-01-2015 2/2 on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned JM Ist Class, Muzaffarpur in connection with Gaighat P.S. Case No. 380 of 2014 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
