The petitioners seek bail in connection with Bairgania P.S. Case No. 32 of 2018 registered under Sections 272 and 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(A) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

30.90 liters of Nepali liquor is said to have been recovered near the heap of leaves located in front of house of petitioner, Ram Chandra Ram, and the petitioners were apprehended.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that no incriminating article has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioners. They have no

Considering the facts, aforesaid, the above named petitioners are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Bairgania P.S. Case No. 32 of 2018 to the satisfaction of the Additional District Judge II-cum-Special Judge, Excise Act, Sitamarhi. (Prakash Chandra Jaiswal, J) Shamshad/- U T
