Petitioner is apprehending arrest in connection with Bihar P.S. Case No. 53 of 2020 for the offence under section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
In the instant case total 12 liters of liquor was seized. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the house from where the liquor was seized does not belong to the petitioner as stated in para-9 of the petition. No.12659 of 2020(2) dt.06-03-2020 2/2 petitioner, the Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 50,000/- (Fifty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 3rd Additional Sessions Judge cum Special Judge, Excise, Nalanda at Biharsharif, in connection with Bihar P.S.
