Petitioner is apprehending arrest in connection with Bihar P.S. Case No. 53 of 2020 for the offence under section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

In the instant case total 12 liters of liquor was seized. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the house from where the liquor was seized does not belong to the petitioner as stated in para-9 of the petition.
